Pathways to Flourish: Six-Week Teacher Course for Understanding Behaviour & Supporting Children's Wellbeing
Pathways to Flourish is a six-week attachment- and trauma-informed course for teachers and school staff who want to better understand children's behaviour, support emotional wellbeing and respond to challenging moments with greater confidence and compassion.
The course provides practical approaches that can be used in everyday school life to strengthen relationships, support regulation and create greater cooperation in the classroom. A complementary six-week parenting course can also be offered alongside the programme, helping to build a more consistent approach between home and school.
In a report by the Children & Young People's Mental Health Coalition they said that there needs to be a complete paradigm shift in the way we support behaviour in schools. Our programme supports you every step of the journey.
