Hi, I’m Rebecca

I am a professional parenting coach who gives you the secret key to your parenting struggles. YOU. I have experienced most struggles you have and come from a place of compassion and understanding.

It is not about showing you how to be a perfect parent, this is not possible in a day full of changing emotions and daily stresses.

Instead, I invite you on a journey of reflection and a deep awareness of oursleves to better equip our children to live happier, healthier and fullfilling lives.

I can help you unlock these issues.

  • Do you find it difficult to listen to you baby or child cry or tantrum?

  • Are you at loss what to do?

  • Are you exhausted and wonder how your child will ever sleep?

  • Are you harsh with your children and end up yelling or using punishments?

  • Are you then harsh with yourself and the pattern keeps repeating?

  • Are you looking for a different way to connect with your children that creates more peace and harmony?

  • Are you at a loss as to why your children are NOT doing what you want them to do or doing what you DON”T want them to do?

  • Do you find rewards and punishments don’t work and you don’t know what else to do?

  • Do you want to learn about alternate ways for your child to co-operate without the use of punishments and rewards?

  • Did you know that play is an incredible therapeutic tool that can transform your relationship with your children?

  • Are you exhausted and not getting your needs met?

  • Do you want regular support to help you in your parenting?

  • Did you know that this way of parenting can truly change the world? It is revolutionary and transformative.

If the answer is yes to any of these questions then I would love to support you.

As a Level 2 Aware Parenting teacher I offer a variety of workshops and parent support to nourish you in your parenting from birth to 11. I was a teacher for 17 years and also have an MA in Counselling in Education and have done many courses to deepen my knowledge.

I am so excited to be leading a workshop at this fabulous gentle parenting festival this August.

“By learning from Rebecca how to be more playful, she has given me the magic key to my giggly daughters heart. I feel so much more connected to her and I am grateful to be allowed to finally have fun myself!’ Lizanne, London

'I would absolutely recommend the course, it should be on the school curriculum. I think if all 'parents were aware' we would have a much better world. Thank you so much for helping me bring up my children better.' Sara, SE London

'I would definitely recommend the workshop to everyone. It was interesting to see how for all participants the workshop become like counselling session. We all opened our hearts to talk about things we struggling with in our parenthood. Just seeing the support of each other and learning all the tips from Rebecca how to deal with our every day fights with our children which can simply be transform for a play and fun relations was an amazing experience and help me to understand myself and my children.' Ula, London

'I really enjoyed it. Great venue and very affordable session. I would definitely attend another one with a more specific focus on some of the values of aware parenting. Thanks Rebecca!' Adriana, London

'Very nice venue, worth the trip despite far from where we lived. Useful to reflect on our own feeling about rewards and punishments in our childhood. Handy book exposition at the end of the course to read more about the topic.' Catherine, London

'Highly recommend this course - Rebecca’s knowledge helped me recently when my daughter, who just started reception, wanted to play being a baby on a couple of occasions. Rather than using the opportunity to remind her she was a big girl now I joined in her game with gusto and was rewarded after a couple of minutes of play with co-operative behaviour as we moved on with the rest of the day.' Randip, London

Dear Rebecca, thank you so much for giving me the chance to go to your workshops. Yesterday, after the first session it felt that being a parent is just a piece of cake :-) great liberation I felt!' Jana, London

Play with me Mommy! play with me Daddy! How often have you heard your children make this request? Children love to play, they especially love playing with their parents. When you play with your children you fulfil their need for connection and help them feel loved. In fact play is one of the best ways to charge up your children’s emotional batteries.
