Meet Emma
I’m Emma, the founder of Flo to Sleep. I’m a midwife, lactation consultant, holistic sleep coach and aware parenting mentor, with over a decade of experience supporting families during pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
My work is rooted in a deep respect for babies, children and the adults who care for them. I support families to improve sleep in a way that is gentle, responsive and biologically informed, without sleep training, separation or one-size-fits-all approaches. My own children’s sleep, and my wider parenting journey, were profoundly shaped by discovering Aware Parenting. I believe sleep is not something to be taught or fixed, but something that naturally unfolds when children feel safe, connected and deeply understood.
My second passion is lactation support. I understand how closely infant feeding and parental mental health are intertwined. I support families to meet their feeding goals from pregnancy all the way through to the end of their breastfeeding journey.
As both a practitioner and a mother, I understand how vulnerable and overwhelming this season of life can feel. At Flo to Sleep, I offer calm, compassionate guidance that honours your instincts, protects your relationship with your child and supports the whole family’s wellbeing.
I take a holistic approach that weaves together clinical experience, lactation knowledge, and aware parenting, helping parents feel confident, informed and deeply supported – day and night.
