I’m a therapeutic parent coach, Aware Parenting Instructor, and therapeutic play practitioner.

Before this work, I spent 17 years as a teacher using reward systems and behaviour strategies.

Everything shifted when I discovered Aware Parenting.

It felt like a return to something deeper, more connected.

Since then, I’ve supported many parents to move away from control-based parenting and into more understanding, confidence, and trust.
