Service Description

Supporting you in your parenting. Please get in touch if you are finding parenting challenging, you lack support, your child’s behaviour is out of control, you long to sleep or if you want to dig deeper into how to support your child in a more conscious way. I use an Attachment and Trauma informed approach to look beyond yours and your child's behaviour. I draw on the Aware Parenting philosophy to guide you in your parenting alongside Inner child Journey work. This takes place online via Zoom. Duration 1 hour.
