Family Parenting Education Classes Lewes

Raising independent children with a strong sense of self and confidence to navigate the world is one of the most challenging aspects of parenting. A parenting class or workshop can be of great use if you want to transform your family dynamics. At Flourishing Childhood, I offer parent coaching and family parenting classes to help guardians raise compassionate and resilient children.  

Designed to intrinsically motivate children, my classes are based on the Aware Parenting philosophy. This entails a special focus on sophisticated communication techniques, emotional literacy, empathic parenting techniques, child-led play and stress management. It is important to resource you the parent and as a breath-work coach help to support you to use these skills more effectively in your families. I also work in an attachment and trauma informed way and can help assist with child development and stress and trauma by promoting introspection and self-awareness.
